On maternity leave until January 2014
Please note that I am now on maternity leave until January 2014 and will not be taking any new orders during this time.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of my many customers and hope that you'll use my services again when I return to the kitchen.

Charges
The cost of the cake stand hire is £5 per stand per day and is fully payable upon receipt of booking.
A refundable deposit is required at the same time as collection (or delivery). The required deposit amount depends on the stand(s) hired and will be fully refunded once they are returned on time and undamaged.
Please note: We can only cheques for the deposit, if they are provided to us 1 week prior to the hire to allow them time to clear funds into our bank account. You can provide cash for the deposit at time of collection of the stand(s). If you prefer we can provide you with our bank details for a bank transfer, however, the monies must be cleared in our account before we will release the hired stand(s).
In the event of loss or damage of the stand(s) the deposit charge will be fully retained.
Collection
Hire is based on collection by the hirer or hirer organised courier. Therefore, all stand(s) must be collected and returned by the customer, unless The LadyBird Bakery is providing the cake in which case(s) we will deliver and set up the stand(s) at the same time as the cake(s).
If you wish to have a courier pick up the stand(s) then please contact us for a suitable date/time so that we can be available. It will be your responsibility to pay for the courier charges and to ensure the stand(s) prompt return (please contact us before arranging return to ensure our availability.
We are based in Epping in Essex,
so we're close to both Hertfordshire and London for easy collection and drop off of hired stands.
We are only six miles from either junction 26 of the M25 (Waltham Abbey) and junction 7 of the M11 (Harlow).
